What we collect

When you book or request an appointment we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the service you chose, any notes you add, and your deposit payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To schedule and manage your appointment, send confirmations, reminders, reschedule or cancellation notices, and deposit links by email and (if you opted in) by text message; and to answer your questions.

Text messaging

If you opt in to appointment texts, you will receive about 2–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. See our SMS Terms.

No sharing of your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with the service providers that run our booking, email, text and payment systems (Soulvaya Labs, Resend, Twilio, Stripe) solely to deliver those services to you.

Retention and your choices

We keep booking records as long as needed to run the studio and meet legal requirements. To update or delete your information, or to stop text messages, contact us at secretlygetnailed@gmail.com or reply STOP to any text.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. No booking details are sent to Google.
